Medication Refills

Before calling, please check with your pharmacy
to see if there are refills available

If a prescription has been refilled do not give the pharmacy the old prescription number. Tell them you have a new prescription.

Please have ready:
Spelling of your first and last name
Pharmacy name and number
Spelling of your medication name
The phone number and time at which to reach you if we have any questions
Tell us whether you want to pick up a written prescription or if we should call the prescription to the pharmacy

There will be a charge for duplicate prescription refill requests (i.e. lost prescriptions, changes to insurance plans, etc.).

If you are requesting a prescription and have not been seen for over a year you will be asked to schedule an appointment to see your practitioner.

Please plan ahead. 3 business days notice required on all refills.
No medications will be refilled after 4:00 pm or on Saturdays.
